What we do and do not do can have a big impact on the impact, size and duration of the pain.
This means that it is important to take into account how the daily behavior affects the pain or injury. For example, fear, worry or insecurity can help to create inappropriate behavior in relation to your problem.
I therefore do not only treat one body part, I treat you.
Through a broad professionalism and understanding, I can embrace the complexity of your pain and help you to a life with more quality of life - and to a life with less or no pain.
I can help you with both acute and prolonged pain and / or injury.

In a treatment collaboration with me, time is set aside for you to tell your story so that I can understand you and the extent of the problem.
Then we have a conversation based on your story and the research I do.
The conversation will, among other things, talk about your pain or injury as well as what behaviors can contribute to or alleviate the pain.
I help you understand your pain and build your ability to handle and minimize pain.
Subsequently, together we will lay out a plan for how you can achieve your goals.
I want to use the sparse time we have together effectively. Therefore, I focus on how you can also spend the remaining time outside the treatment room.

I et behandlingssamarbejde med mig, er der afsat tid til, at du kan fortælle din historie, så jeg kan kan forstå dig og omfanget af problemet. Herefter har vi en samtale med udgangspunkt i din historie og undersøgelsen jeg foretager.
I samtalen vil blandt andet tale om dine smerter eller skade samt hvilken adfærd der kan bidrage til eller afhjælpe smerten.Jeg hjælper dig med at forstå̊ dine smerte og opbygge din evne til at håndtere og minimere smerte. Efterfølgende vil vi sammen ligge plan for, hvordan du kan opnå dine mål.
